From throwing my back out prior to serving a 5-course dinner for *twenty-six people* at Stonewood Farm - cooking entirely from A Year at Catbird Cottage - to late-season tasks as dieback in the gardens prompted needs of all kinds, fall has turned out to be a doozy.
